A choose your own adventure style video experience that puts BT customers in charge of the story. We even managed to resist using 'broadbandersnatch' as a pun. Almost.

At a time when people are relying on their broadband more than ever, BT wanted to reassure customers that they have their back – no matter what.
Idea
With BT Broadband, you’re unstoppable.
Execution
We created an interactive film that let viewers decide what happens next. But unlike traditional choose your own adventure stories – which are full of detours, deadends and different outcomes – our story was literally unstoppable. So no matter what choices the viewer makes, everything always works out (with a little help from BT).

The film follows Izzy as she tries to juggle the demands of working from home with looking after her seven-year-old niece.

At key points in the story, viewers are invited to make decisions for Izzy by clicking on one of two options.
The viewer’s choices change the storyline, but every outcome is a good outcome and serves to highlight the benefits of being a BT broadband customer.
The film ran across social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, as well as the BT website. And was supported by direct customer comms.
